LITALY Olive Pomace Oil is a great combination of the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil and refined Pomace Olive Oil.

It is made from the pressing of the best olives of the Mediterraneum area. Section of skins, seed fragments and pulp are pressed together and then mixed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to obtain a Pomace Olive Oil with a delicate and pleasant flavor.

It has an intense golden green color and a light and neutral taste, that make it a very versatile ingredient.

LITALY Olive Pomace Oil is perfect to be used in baking doughts of bread, focaccia and biscuits, because it gives friability and crunchiness.

But, it is ideal also for short cooking and to get a light and tasty frying.
