Bruschetta with POMOPEDIA pesto

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • PRELYBIUM Mozzarella Block
  • POMOPEDIA Pistachio Pesto
  • Smoked salmon
  • Chopped pistachios
  • POMOPEDIA Basil Pesto
  • Tomatoes
  • POMOPEDIA “Cubettata” fresh Chopped Tomato with Basil & Oil
  • Anchovies in oil
  • Capers
  • POMOPEDIA Sicilian Pesto
  • Robiola cheese
  • Black olives

 

 BRUSCHETTA with POMOPEDIA PISTACHO PESTO

Arrange a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread and leave in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Once ready, spred POMOPEDIA Pistachio Pesto on it, add a slice of smoked salmon on top and then garnish with chopped pistachios.

 

BRUSCHETTA with POMOPEDIA BASIL PESTO

Arrange a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread and leave in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Once ready, spread POMOPEDIA Basil Pesto and garnish with tomatoes

 

BRUSCHETTA with POMOPEDIA  “CUBETTATA” fresh Chopped Tomato with Basil & Oil

Arrange a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread and leave in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Once ready, season with POMOPEDIA  “Cubettata” and  add a drained anchovy in oil and some capers.

 

BRUSCHETTA with POMOPEDIA SICILIAN PESTO

Heat a slice of bread  in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Once ready, spread some robiola cheese, add POMOPEDIA Sicilian Pesto and garnish with sliced black olives.
