Roccolino is a small cheese origitating from the experience of Taleggio PDO production.

It is a small treasure chest of abt 350g, made with cow’s milk, a paste similar to that one of Taleggio and a 3 months aging.

Roccolino Truffle Cheese is a luxurious variation of Roccolino Cheese infused with fragrant pieces of black truffle, mixed with raw milk, during production.

The result is a cheese-truffle combination that is a riot of flavor.
